Delivery

We aim to pack and dispatch your order within 24 hours - many are the same day.
You can choose your delivery method at the checkout. See below for details - in our experience, the First Class Delivery is the best value for money.
Although we hold all of our products in stock, there may be occasions such as large orders or in an abnormally busy period that we may run out of an item, and it may take a day or two to arrive. Should this occur, we will wait until we can complete your order before we deliver it. However - we WILL CONTACT you to let you know, and should there be a problem we will make alternative arrangements with you directly.
Please include the party details at checkout to ensure we can work in plenty of time towards the big day - if we think that the delivery service you have chosen will be not be quick enough, we will again contact you.

There are three main options for delivery:

STANDARD DELIVERY:

£3.80 per order
Although there is an upper weight limit, we will NOT charge you any more should the order exceed the limit.
Aim to deliver in 3 - 5 WORKING days - please do not select this option if your party is less than a week away.

FIRST CLASS DELIVERY:

SPECIAL DELIVERY:

£7.40 per order
Guaranteed next day delivery (following dispatch), some areas will include Saturdays
Weight limit of 2kg. We do not expect many orders to exceed this weight. Should your be a particularly large order that exceeds 2kg, we will contact you to discuss the options.
Delivery to all parts of UK Mainland

Please Note:

Some of these delivery packages require a signature, please ensure that if you are waiting for a package you leave instructions for the postman to either leave with a neighbour or in the garage etc.
We will gladly arrange for overseas delivery - please contact us prior to ordering to get a delivery quote specific to your requirements.
