Toy / Balloon Safety
At Mudpie Parties we make it a priority to ensure all of our products are sourced from accredited and safety checked manufacturers. In many instances we repack our products due to the nature of our service. In every instance we have ensured to reproduce all safety warnings, please retain for future information. In the case of the party bags, the safety warnings are printed on the party bags for parents information, please do not remove. We would like to draw your attention specifically to:
- Balloons - it is advised that adults should inflate the balloons.
- Toys - some of the toys within the packages and party bags contain small parts. Our manufacturers recommend that children under the age of 3 should not be allowed to play with such toys, and all children should be supervised with their use.
- Polythene bags in which the products are packaged are a hazard and should be disposed of carefully, and away from children.
The buyer is responsible for ensuring that all statutory legislation and manufacturers recommendations are complied with in relation to the use of any products purchased from Mudpie Parties.
By making a purchase it is assumed that you have read and understood the above advice.
Refunds and Returns
Obviously it is our aim to ensure that everything you recieve you are pleased with and it is what you expected. However, as part of our commitment to you, and our customer service we are more than happy to offer full refunds or replacements, should an item not be what you were after.
Please return the goods (to address below) with all packaging sealed and intact within two weeks of receipt stating whether you require a refund or replacement. (Please note we cannot refund the return postage costs.) Refunds will be made by the original payment method, on receipt of the returned goods we will contact you to for your card details to process the refund.
Cancellation Policy
As we hold our items in stock, your order is generally dispatched within 24 hours. If you wish to cancel your order within that time period you may do so, subject to a small card processing charge (please contact us for details.) However, after that period it is most likely the order will have been dispatched for delivery.
In this instance, when you recieve your order, providing you comply with the above (refunds & returns) conditions, we can deal with your cancellation as returns.

Pricing
At Mudpie Parties we are careful to monitor our prices to ensure we are competitive and you are getting the best value for money. We genuinely belive that you cannot find another service on the internet to match our packages and price. However if you do, please notify us and we will reduce our prices to match it.
- All our prices include VAT at the standard rate where appropriate.
- All prices shown are in UK Sterling.
